Concord Academy: Space Utilization Plan

Concord Academy developed a strategic plan that called for an evaluation of all existing space on campus and creative revitalization proposals, positioning the School for the 21st century. DSK | Dewing Schmid Kearns was commissioned to establish a campus planning framework for academic and student life space. The implementation plan will be designed to coincide with CA’s centennial. DSK is leading a study focused on the future of the School’s integrated sciences as well as leading a study focused on future models of housing for students and house parents. Concord Academy is located in the heart of Concord’s historic district, and positioned along the beautiful and environmentally sensitive Concord River.
