The Necker Island Projects include several residences, pavilions, and the reconstruction of the Necker Great House after a fire destroyed the building. The original Bali style and shape of the Necker Great House was restored , but the new building is larger with a more spacious great room, updated guest suites, a two-tiered southern terrace, an expanded crow’s nest, and a Zen spa tub on the roof. Taking its architectural cues from the surrounding landscape, The Necker Temple Complex is a series of connected private pavilions with panoramic views of the ocean and is used for private meetings and events. A series of carefully sited pavilions on the island’s main beach follow the Great House Indonesian vernacular style and are designed to create unique places for various activities including tennis, watersports, dining, and entertainment.
