A new single-family summer residence that sits high on an ocean bluff.
The plan is organized around spectacular water views as well as a swimming pool and terraces.
The siting of the house takes advantage of the steep topography, allowing spaces on the lower level access to light and views. In addition to the main house, a small guest house was designed on the inland portion of the site.
