The conversion of a mid 19th-century carriage house into a fully accessible dwelling on the ground level and a loft to serve as a music salon and a space for entertaining guests. The property is the home of the fourth generation of a Concord family to live on the land. Many of the original features were recreated in-kind such as portions of the former horse stalls. Much care was given to restoring the details of the exterior including the bargeboards, sliding barn door and cupola.
