A renovation and rehabilitation of an 1849 post and beam barn. The project includes a new cupola, new fenestration, restoration of the facade and structure, and the addition of a small kitchen and catering kitchen. The new space will serve as a functional extension of the living and family rooms of the clients’ adjacent home. The barn will be capable of hosting large groups, accommodating extra guests, and serving as a general recreation and relaxation space.
